Sweet and Sour Sauce

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and baking powder.
Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, orange juice, ginger, and garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Once wings are cooked, toss them in the sauce until evenly coated. Optional: return to oven for 5 minutes to caramelize.
Notes
For crispier wings, bake on a wire rack. Add chili flakes for extra heat.
